Three S’Mores Recipes to Change Your Life

Fall is in the air! As temperatures continue to cool, heat up your outdoor fireplace and gather around with your family and friends to roast some s’mores. Here are a few of our favorite, mouthwatering recipes for you to sample this season.

  1. Bacon S’mores

Ingredients:

Graham Crackers

Large Marshmallows

Chocolate of your choice, e.g. Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar

Freshly cooked, crispy bacon

Cooking Directions:

Cook the bacon in a stovetop skillet until it’s nice and crispy. While it’s cooking, set up your s’more so it’s ready to go: graham crackers on either side with the chocolate in the middle. Toast a marshmallow in your outdoor fireplace on an unwound metal hanger or long stick until it’s crispy on the outside and warm and gooey in the middle. Add the bacon to your s’more sandwich and top with the marshmallow. Squeeze down and voila! Enjoy your sweet and salty treat!

  1. Nutty S’mores

Ingredients:

Graham crackers

Large Marshmallows

Nutella Hazelnut Spread

Chopped peanuts

Cooking Directions:

Set up your s’more so it’s ready to be stacked – graham crackers on either side, with a generous helping of Nutella spread on one side topped with a sprinkling of chopped peanuts. Toast your marshmallow until it’s crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle, then add it to the top of the peanuts. Squeeze down and enjoy this crunchy, nutty take on an old favorite!

  1. Gourmet S’mores

Ingredients:

Graham crackers

Large Marshmallows

Mini Almond Joy or Ghirardelli Milk & Caramel Bar

 Cooking Directions:

Try this modern twist on the classic s’more by substituting the traditional Hershey’s chocolate bar with a coconut comrade, a mini Almond Joy bar, and/or a Milk Chocolate Carmel Square from Ghirardelli to add an extra layer of rich flavor. Prepare your s’more and then roast your marshmallow until ready. Last but not least, add the cooked marshmallow to the top of your chocolate tower, squeeze and indulge!
